1 avocado, mashed
½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

8 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
2 avocados, mashed
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Spread avocado on each toast, top with roasted red pepper slices, and season with salt and pepper.
