DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan and add red pepper flakes. Serve as a dip for the cauliflower bites. |
