½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill, choppedINGREDIENTS (serves 8-10)
4 large zucchinis, sliced thin
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.Serve with Greek yogurt mixed with dill for dipping.
