At Monmouth Spine and Wellness we treat a wide range of health conditions. We provide our patients with pain management from spinal conditions such as but not limited to: sciatica, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, muscle spasms, osteoarthritis, stroke or paralysis recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, balance and pediatric conditions. They offer two locations in New Jersey, Manalapan, and Colonia.

Dr. Racquel DeCaro, board-certified Chiropractic Physician, leads the team at Monmouth Spine and Wellness. Dr DeCaro is a NJ top Doctor and specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions associated with the neuromusculoskeletal system, while improving each patient’s functionality and quality of life. Conditions treated include sciatica, neck pain, and arthritis pain, among many others. Dr. DeCaro seeks to reduce pain and discomfort through manipulation and adjustment of the spine.

Dr. DeCaro is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors and American Chiropractic Association. She takes an evidence based and multi- disciplinary approach to get patients back to living a pain free and optimal life.

She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2014. During her clinical studies at UBCC, she specializes in pediatric and prenatal care as well as multiple complex neuro-musculoskeletal conditions

Dr. DeCaro currently resides in Freehold, NJ with her husband. On her free time, she is an avid supporter of the Alzheimer’s Foundation as well as the ASPCA. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.
