1 pkg Nasoya® Pasta Zero Spaghetti, Nasoya® Pasta Zero Angel Hair, or Nasoya® Chinese Style Noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 oz Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
4 tbsp red/green bell pepper, 1/4″ cut
2 mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp tomatoes, diced
2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- Drain and rinse pasta with cold water. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook until translucent. Add vegetables, cooking until vegetables reach desire doneness. Add oregano, season with salt and pepper, and mix in half of the feta cheese.
- Stir pasta into sauce to heat noodles. Once heated through, top with remaining feta cheese and serve.
