Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Trim and cut large Brussel sprouts in half.
Toss with 1 tbls. of coconut oil and 1/2 tsp sea salt.
Roast for about 20-30 min. or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place in bowl and toss with 1/2-1 avocado, chopped.
