Protein pancakes and fruit – Vanilla Protein Pancakes recipe

2 scoops (or 1 packet) protein powder(really can use any flavor you like) I prefer ours!!

1/2 tsp Baking powder, 2 cage free Egg whites, 1/2 cup organic Oats (I suggest gluten free)

1/2 cup + 2 tbs water (more if too thick)

3-5 pkts Stevia or truvia

(Optional: add a handful of fresh fruit like blueberries or 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon (or 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice + 1/4 tsp cinnamon) depending on flavor profile

  1. The estimated total time to make this recipe is 15 Minutes.
  2. Put all of the dry ingredients in a blender & blend until well incorporated. I then added the wet ingredients & pulse blend until smooth.
  3. Meanwhile, heat flat top pan coated with coconut oil or cooking spray over medium heat. Leave the batter in the blender pitcher for easy pour. Cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes each side. Serve warm!

Add your fav toppings on a platter and serve a beautiful breakfast that’s yummy and healthy!
