Protein pancakes and fruit – Vanilla Protein Pancakes recipe
2 scoops (or 1 packet) protein powder(really can use any flavor you like) I prefer ours!!
1/2 tsp Baking powder, 2 cage free Egg whites, 1/2 cup organic Oats (I suggest gluten free)
1/2 cup + 2 tbs water (more if too thick)
3-5 pkts Stevia or truvia
(Optional: add a handful of fresh fruit like blueberries or 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon (or 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice + 1/4 tsp cinnamon) depending on flavor profile
- The estimated total time to make this recipe is 15 Minutes.
- Put all of the dry ingredients in a blender & blend until well incorporated. I then added the wet ingredients & pulse blend until smooth.
- Meanwhile, heat flat top pan coated with coconut oil or cooking spray over medium heat. Leave the batter in the blender pitcher for easy pour. Cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes each side. Serve warm!
