Marina Plantz started working with Jersey Medical Care in 2004. After leaving to complete her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Marina returned to Jersey Medical Care to manage the practice. After over 10 years of writing resumés for her friends, Marina founded a career consulting and life coaching business in 2017.
As a life coach, Marina specializes in careers, relationships, and working alongside individuals & local business owners. She is passionate about motivating people and mirroring to them how their skills and passions provide solutions to the world. Through learning unique goal setting tools, proper self-branding techniques, and understanding what solutions they provide, Marina’s clients are driven, encouraged, and supported to uncover their best selves. While working with Marina, her clients find meaningful jobs with employers that care about them, grow businesses that inspire them, and discover ways to elevate their lives.
Prior to launching her business, Marina began career consulting in 2012 when she realized that people needed help when looking for meaningful work. As she constantly grows her knowledge as a coach, Marina recently enrolled in Accomplishment Coaching, an advanced, ontological life coaching certification program.
