Lindsay Dolashewich, RD, is the founder of Absolute Nutrition Counseling. She has had a passion for nutrition counseling for as long as she can remember and she is most enthusiastic about teaching others how to enjoy and love food while meeting their goals.
Having a healthy relationship with food and a balance of enjoyment for life should never be compromised, and that is what Lindsay strives to teach and offer her clients.
Her energy is motivating. Her thirst for knowledge has led her to add several specialties to her curriculum vitae, including eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, and Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner. Lindsay’s keen interest in cutting-edge research, coupled with years of counseling experience is exactly in line with the mission of her practice.
Lindsay was a contestant on Survivor 42 in Fiji 2022. She came in fifth place finish. Lindsay proved to be a strong competitive force on the show.

We are more than just your average RD. We have reimagined the stale view of nutrition. We are NOT a one-size-fits-all-all type of approach. We accept most major health insurance including Horizon, Aetna, United, Cigna, Emblem Health, and Oxford.
Most insurance companies offer coverage for Telehealth visits, and we can meet you on Zoom or FaceTime. We have our own HIPAA-protected online meeting room as well.
