Holmdel Imaging

Overbooked their mri patients. Came in 15 min before appointment as directed and had long wait. Waiting room chairs are not 6 feet apart but staff sits behind glass. I ended up changing seats twice and finally waited outside to enforce social distancing. Had to use public outside hall restroom used by any visitor to the complex and not able to inpatient office restroom that was closed to patients.

I made an appt for a CT scan of my bladder at Holmdel Imaging. I have MS and am confined to a wheelchair. I needed a lot of assistance and patience so that I could get myself up and shuffle to the table. They were so rude and intolerant of my needs. Was sharply told that I need to bring people next time. As they were helping me to the car it started pouring. The girl got an umbrella which she held over them. Not a big deal but was the icing on the cake. I need to find a more professional establishment in the event I have to get another CT Scan. BTW the woman at the front desk was so kind both on the phone and in person.
