Best work out in Monmouth County.
I’ve been going to CKO for three years and I am still sore after every class. Each instructor has a different style and different work out. Love this gym.

Great facility!
I’ve been trying to lose weight and feel better and while it’s never been easy to get to a gym, EVERYONE in this place makes it so much easier. I go at my own pace and come out of there dripping, which is just what I hoped to do. The classes are fun and you definitely know you’ve got your heart rate going! Looking forward to some great results thanks to the folks at CKO Freehold
