Is Metabolic Detoxification Program Right For You?

Also, we can reduce our exposure to toxins by what we eat and drink. Eating organic fruits and vegetables is a good start as they are not treated with insecticides, herbicides, or pesticides. We can choose to eat range-fee, hormone free, antibiotic free diary, meats, and eggs. Also, choose to eat cold water fish such as salmon instead of farm raised. Another great tip is to wash all fruits and vegetables to get rid of the toxins of they are not organic.

What else can you do?

You can start a detoxification program. Detoxification is a process that requires nutrients, vitamins, and herbs.
